Well, when you get your pay check, divide your money and set aside what money you are paying your bills with. AFTER doing so, you may then spend the rest of your money on manitory things such as grocerys, clothing, etc. I suggest getting store brand/genaric items, that way you are spending, and saving money at the same time. You could also go on the internet and print out coupons. Also taking coupons from catalogs, and newspapers.
